Chef and owner Şerif Kaya has been delighting diners at Ottoman Cuisine since 1992 with his highly awarded Turkish food. You don’t have to go to Istanbul to get the best Turkish food, you can get it at Ottoman.
Ottoman Cuisine is the most awarded restaurant in Canberra. Established in 1992, we are celebrating 32 years of service.

Spanning over 1.2 acres of grounds in the heart of Barton, the restaurant is expanding to encompass the entire building.
The original cafeteria pavilion will be transformed into a separate function space with an alfresco courtyard.
